Calgary School Students Join Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton to Announce Athletes Nominated to Compete on 2010 Canadian Olympic Team

CALGARY—More than 700 Calgary school students dressed in red and white clothing will join Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton and Minister Cindy Ady to name a medal-winning group of athletes that will have their names submitted to the Canadian Olympic Committee to compete at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
Led by the 2010 Olympic Torch which recently made its way through Alberta, 18 of the lucky students will make their way to the podium waving their red mittens to officially name Canada’s bobsleigh and skeleton athletes.
The media conference will take place at Olympic Heights School, January 27, 2010, at 10 a.m.
