CANADIAN SKELETON ATHLETES SET TO SHARE JOURNEY TO VANCOUVER 2010 WITH OTTAWA SCHOOL CHILDREN

OTTAWA—Canada’s world-leading skeleton athletes will slide into the Nation’s Capital to share their journey to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games with nearly 100 students at Woodroffe Avenue Public School in Ottawa.
With the team wrapping up a series of wind tunnel testing in Ottawa, the Olympic and World Cup medal-winning athletes will inspire the Grade 4 classes to chase their dreams and share in Canada’s excitement for the 2010 Games.
Open to media, the event will take place in the main library at Woodroffe Avenue Public School from 10:15-11:15 a.m.
This will be the final public media availability for the Canadian Skeleton Team prior to the start of the World Cup season in Park City, Utah, November 9-14. All athletes will be
available for interview opportunities.
