BACKGROUND:
Shelley-Ann has been making huge strides on the World Cup bobsleigh circuit pushing young drivers.

After pushing Amanda Stepenko’s Canada 2 sled on the World Cup circuit during her first year as a brakeman three years ago, Shelley-Ann teamed up with rookie pilot, Kaillie Humphries two years ago where they teamed up to finish fifth overall on the World Cup and win a bronze medal in Lake Placid. Shelley-Ann and Kaillie also joined forces last year to win a silver medal together in Park City.

Shelley-Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree in English and Biological Sciences and a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology at the University of Nebraska, while on a track and field scholarship. The former sprint/hurdler became an All-American during her time at Nebraska, and also served as a member and team representative on the Student Athletic Advisory Board.

Shelley-Ann is the director of Camp E.D.I.F.Y. (Education and Direction for Intelligent and Fit Youth), an eight-week summer camp for children, ages 4-13, in Scarborough, Ontario, which she also helped develop.
